$40m-plus Northbridge waterfront eyes north shore record

Northbridge’s largest waterfront estate has hit the market, in an offering set to test the north shore price record with price expectations in the mid-$40 millions, according to local sources.

Set on a 3434-square-metre parcel, the largest single landholding in Northbridge last traded for $21 million in 2017, when owner Kristie Ward purchased the Coolawin Road home from Robert and Kelly Salteri, of the Transfield and Tenix infrastructure family.
