    From the aftermath of the global financial crisis to the exit from the pandemic, The Australian Financial Review editor-in-chief Michael Stutchbury pays a final homage to the biggest front page and homepage news published during his almost 13 years in the job.

    When he rejoined the paper in 2011, 90 per cent or so of the readership came through the newspaper. As he steps down, that mix has been reversed as the masthead has transformed to a profitable digital-first publisher.
