Can I access my super if I sell my business and go part-time?

Q: I am 63 years old and in the process of selling my company (I am an employee). It will be purchased by another business and I will work for that company as a part-time employee for a period. Will this change in employment conditions satisfy the requirements for conditions of release for superannuation? Ian

A: You should be able to access your super in these circumstances in some fashion.
