Former Macquarie Group real estate boss and prominent property developer Guy Nelson has put his grand Victorian home in Malvern in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs on the market with a price guide of $10.5 million to $11.5 million.
The double-storey, balconied residence with five bedrooms, a solar heated pool and wine cellar stands on an 1142 sq m block on leafy Sorrett Avenue and dates back to the 1890s.
