Entrepreneur returns with buyout after five-year non-compete clause

Entrepreneur Craig Silbery is returning to the scene of his first fortune, buying a Queensland probiotics business after serving out the five-year non-compete clause attached to the $690 million payday that came when a Chinese group bought his company, Life-Space.
Mr Silbery said he aims to build his new entity Specialty Probiotics Australia into a business bigger than Life-Space over the next five years.
