    Former Macquarie executive Ben Brazil has emerged victorious in a bitter stoush with Vietjet and its billionaire backer, with the airline now facing a $270 million compensation bill and the loss of four aircraft.

    The dispute over the four Airbus aircraft owned by Mr Brazil’s FitzWalter Capital and flown by Vietjet, which played out in courtrooms in London, Hanoi and Singapore, included claims that the London-headquartered asset manager had acted unreasonably, “unconscionably” and “rapaciously”.
