    Nationals leader David Littleproud dismissed Queensland LNP’s rejection of nuclear energy, declaring the party’s national branch will overrule state leaders if the federal opposition returns to power at the next election.

    The alternative energy source has been the elephant in the room at the party’s state convention in Brisbane this weekend amid state LNP opposition leader David Crisafulli’s repeated refusal to back the federal branch’s headline election policy.
