Fortescue in-house lawyer issued spying instructions, court told

Fortescue’s internal lawyer instructed private investigators spying on former employees who quit to form their own green iron ore start-up, according to an affidavit in their Federal Court dispute.
Senior counsel at the West Australian iron ore giant, Andrew Huber, personally scanned the social media of Element Zero co-founder Bart Kolodziejczyk to determine where he was, Paul Dewar, a principal from Davies Collison Cave, wrote.
