GW Fins Hosts Lobster Feast Sept. 15

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – GW Fins is known for serving seafood at its seasonal peak, and that’s why every September we celebrate one of the world’s most coveted crustaceans  – fresh Maine Lobster!

We invite guests to take part in GW Fins’ Lobster Feast, where we will be serving an array of fabulous a la carte dishes, each highlighting the sweet, briny flavor of Lobster.  This year, Lobster Feast will take place from  Friday, September 15th through Saturday, September 23rd.

Executive Chef Michael Nelson will be creating a variety of Lobster-focused dishes that will change nightly, but below are a few that you can expect to enjoy.

Maine lobster, cognac crème fraîche
