NEW ORLEANS (press release) – THE (UN)BANNED BOOK FESTIVAL with the Banned Wagon, who provides hundreds of FREE copies of banned or challenged books to community members on their tour across the South. Guests will be able to select one book for free (while supplies last) and are then invited to browse a larger selection within the bookstore. In addition to the free copies of those books, tote bags, and helpful information that will help people fight censorship in their communities will be given. Food, live music, and more are anticipated to be added to the event.
