St. Charles Avenue’s sixth annual Courts of Carnival reminds you that Mardi Gras really is the most wonderful time of year in New Orleans. Arranged in reverse chronological order from Mardi Gras to Twelfth Night, the Courts of Carnival march through our memories, complete with sparkling trains and glittering crowns.
