Since 2009, Lyrica Baroque has remained steadfast in its mission of supporting the city’s musical community of students, teachers, artists, institutions and audiences through means of education, collaboration and performance. The nonprofit highlights New Orleans’ classical music history through accessible chamber music performances and educational programs.

Three-time winner of Best Chamber Music Performance in Gambit’s Tribute to the Classical Arts, Lyrica Baroque is known for their artistic excellence, presenting world-renowned artists. Believing in the power of the arts to strengthen and propel communities forward, Lyrica Baroque regularly organizes a range of events, community concerts and classical music festivals. Lyrica Baroque’s educational programs center around chamber music and social-emotional learning in schools to further develop students’ means of expression and an appreciation for the arts and classical music.
