What do you enjoy most about the job?
Overcoming the inevitable challenges that you run into as a builder and seeing the project come together into a beautiful piece of art is what makes this job incredibly fun. In addition, the joy that our projects bring to clients provides enough gratification within itself.
What is the best feedback you’ve ever gotten from a client?
The reviews our clients give our work give us an enormous sense of pride. We recently had a client report that they couldn’t say enough incredible things about D.I.A. They were amazed with their second story addition and how quickly and ahead of schedule we were able to do such beautiful work. “Not a single issue, not a single dispute or delay.” They went on to compliment our professionalism and communication, calling us “the best in the business.” These are things businesses might say about themselves, but we don’t have to—our satisfied clients say it for us. It’s an amazing feeling for our team.
What types of projects are the most fun/rewarding?
I love building anything custom or one-of-a-kind. Our clients have very specific dreams they want realized, and it’s amazing to be trusted with those dreams. Variety is the spice of life, and custom projects provide that fun change of pace.
What do you love about being a builder?
Being a builder is my way of helping others achieve their goals and dreams, and I love seeing a satisfied client enjoying life in their new home or newly renovated home.
