Why did you become a builder?
We founded Reve Inc. nearly 40 years ago and chose the name because it reflected our area’s French Heritage and spoke to the mission of our company. Reve is the French word for “dream.” We became builders to make dreams come true, and that’s the mission of the home building company. Reve Inc. realizes the dream of home ownership from concept to move in.
What sets you apart from your competition?
At Reve Inc., we believe that our seamless and efficient process sets us apart. We begin the process by designing the home and providing a floor plan layout and drawing of the front of the home by team member Michael Marse. We do this for free for prospective clients while keeping in mind their ultimate budget. Then, Dawn Morales of Latter and Blum assists the prospect with financing options and prepares the work to proceed. Reve Inc. can build on its own lots or the prospect’s lot and can do it turnkey or as a contract to build. Michael Marse prepares the plans for the lender and the appraisal. After the appraisal is complete, Debbie Carmouche and Randy Noel meet with the customer to review the plans and decorate the home. The customer is then emailed a link to Co-construct, a customer software platform that allows them to follow the construction overseen by Bill Bourgeois. Cassie Falgoust keeps in communication with the customer throughout the process.
What is the best feedback you’ve ever gotten from a client?
Reve has received numerous awards over its 38-year history and has built over 1,000 homes, but our greatest “feedback” is the numerous customers that return to us to have another home built or the children of those customers coming to us to have their dream home built.
