For Alejandra Rosales and her clients at Arrows Pilates, movement is medicine. Inspired by her clients and the work and dedication they put into strengthening and healing their bodies, Alejandra offers a safe space for people to learn about physical function and wellness. She designed her fully equipped private session studio for clients to learn the foundations of pilates, explore their bodies’ capabilities, and, at times, recover from injury. A bilingual New Orleans native with Honduran and Nicaraguan parents, Alejandra contributes time and energy to the Hispanic Heritage Foundation and is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
