NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Link Restaurant Group culinary team has created tailgate catering packages to order throughout the season for both home and away New Orleans Saints games. Cochon Butcher chef de cuisine Forrest Jackson and general manager Zack Shelton have crafted different menus for each tailgate package to coincide with the away team’s regional foods. In addition to the special away packages, two catering options are available now and all season long. Cochon Butcher is proud to use only all-natural meats and whole hogs from local farms, and all meats and sausages for these catering packages, and all other meaty treats at Cochon Butcher, are made and cured in-house by our team of butchers using old world traditions.

All Season Tailgate Package (serves eight) includes three muffalettas cut in quarters, two packs of house-made boudin, and a half gallon of gumbo.
Buffalo Wings Tailgate Package (serves eight) includes 100 wings, buttermilk dressing, and pickled celery. The wings are also available naked with the sauce on the side.
Away Game Tailgating Packages “Our tailgate packages are meant to be a fun way to help you ‘feel’ like you are at the away Saints game. If you can’t be there to taste it, we’ll bring the flavor to you,” said Chef Forrest. “We have carefully curated the names and contents of each package so there’s no confusion about where we stand.”

A 48-hour notice is necessary for the “All-Season” packages, and a 72-hour before game day notice is required for our “Away Game” specialty catering packages; prices vary, and the packages can be ordered hot or cold.
