Inside AirTrunk’s pitch to the world’s heaviest hitting investors
Macquarie Capital and PSP Investments were already in line for a big pay day with AirTrunk, the data centre giant put up for sale last year after a brief flirtation with an IPO. Now, it looks as if it could be significantly bigger than expected.
That’s the word filtering out of meetings which took place last week at the Sydney offices of Goldman Sachs and Macquarie – who are advising the sellers on the transaction – where prospective buyers pressed the flesh with AirTrunk management.
