    After all, his other products – teeth whitening kits, flavoured toothpastes attractively packaged in pastel tubes – have been sellouts, netting him and Nik Mirkovic, 28, the co-founders of Hismile, a combined net worth of $710 million, more than double last year’s total, putting them at 22 and 23 on the Young Rich List.
