PM’s pitch to Queensland: we’re not the Greens

Anthony Albanese has brushed off suggestions Labor is on the nose in Queensland and insists his government can pick up seats at the next election as progressive voters turn their backs on the Greens.

The prime minister said Queensland voters should be disappointed the Greens had frustrated his government’s agenda, after claiming three lower house seats in 2022.
