Listed smash repairer AMA Group’s ACM Parts unit is being wheeled into the workshop for potential buyers to tinker with, as it hopes to appease investors reeling from a 60.8 per cent drop in share price and two painful equity raises in 12 months.

Street Talk understands Pitcher Partners, which was tapped to explore strategic options for the group in June, has issued a flyer to domestic and international strategic and private equity types to kick off the sale.
