    Former investment banker Peter Hunt never did drugs when he was younger. His interest in psychedelics started later in life. That’s when he became intrigued about research into psilocybin – which is found in magic mushrooms – and MDMA, to treat anxiety, depression and PTSD as part of his post-banking philanthropic work helping the disadvantaged.

    A stickler for detailed analysis, Hunt and his wife, opera singer Tania de Jong, went to the Netherlands to undergo the therapy to determine first-hand if the treatments had merit. Hunt was sold.
