    Peter Dutton’s nuclear energy plan would require a plebiscite in Queensland, “substantial regulatory reform” and could risk the state’s water security, a government report has found.

    Analysis from Labor Premier Steven Miles’ department concluded a legislative overhaul would be needed for the Liberal-National opposition’s proposal to convert seven power plants across the country to nuclear, including Callide and Tarong in Queensland.
