    Anthony Albanese’s insistence that the Reserve Bank and the government are “working arm in arm” to curb inflation might seem more like an arm wrestle to Michele Bullock right now.

    It’s hardly unusual that the prime minister and treasurer are sensitive to any suggestion that government policies are making inflationary pressures worse.
