A restraining order has been filed against a senior Treasury Wine Estates executive in the United States after a Napa Valley politician alleged that she had engaged in a smear campaign about her and her daughter.

Debra Dommen is the vice president for government and industry affairs at Treasury Wine, which has a large presence in California with 19 Crimes and Daou Vineyards, which it purchased for $1.6 billion last year.
