A decade ago, Aruna Sathanapally was on track to be a judge, or at least a senior counsel at the NSW Bar today. She shares what happened in the intervening years.

If you told Aruna Sathanapally a decade ago she would end up running a leading independent policy thank tank, she would have laughed you out of the room.
Back then her career pathway was clear, and would most likely end in becoming a supreme court judge or at least a senior counsel at the NSW Bar.
